"I enjoy training with others and find that it keeps me motivated throughout the sessions. Being instructed what exercises to do/weight to use (to target the full body) is beneficial to me, if I trained on my own I would do what was easy, look/feel no different and eventually give up! As hard as it can be, seeing/feeling the results from training with TBC is definitely worth it."

"I’ve always wanted to get in to weight lifting but was never confident enough to start on my own and never enjoyed the programmes other PT’s put together for me. I always thought there was only short term progression. If anyone would of said to me 9 months ago that would be lifting the weight I am, doing chin ups or looking in the mirror and smiling I would of laugh I’m their face, yet here I am doing it all and loving every bit."

"Having completed my first set of 12 weeks it’s safe to say I love TBC. I’ve found it challenging, fun and feel that I’ve really learnt a lot about weight training. I’ve noticed a difference in my body which is exactly what I wanted. The best change I’ve seen is strength and when I thought before 'there’s no way I can lift that' I’ve been able to do it with ease.
